At Kingfisher we respect human rights and do not tolerate any form of modern slavery.
We publish an annual Modern Slavery Act Transparency Statement in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, which requires businesses with a turnover of £36 million or above to disclose publicly the steps they are taking to tackle slavery, servitude, forced labour and human trafficking (together known as modern slavery).
Our latest statement sets out the steps we have taken to prevent modern slavery in our own business and supply chain for the financial year ending 31 January 2020. It covers Kingfisher plc and all its subsidiary undertakings1. This includes the following UK subsidiaries with a turnover of £36 million or above:
