Board announcement – Michael Hepher retiring from the Board

Kingfisher plc today announces that Mr Michael Hepher, who has served on the Board as a Non-Executive Director for 12 years, will retire at the conclusion of the Company’s Annual General Meeting on 17 June 2010.

Daniel Bernard, Kingfisher’s Chairman, said: “On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Michael for his tremendous contribution to the Company over the past 12 years and I wish him all the very best for the future. I know that the Board will miss his dedication and wise counsel.”
