Paul Moore Acting Company Secretary
Paul joined Kingfisher plc in August 2012 as Interim Company Secretary having previously held the position of Head of Company Secretariat at Cable & Wireless Worldwide plc. Prior to this, Paul was Deputy Company Secretary at Centrica plc and also held Assistant Company Secretary positions at BG Group plc and O2 plc.
Kathryn Hudson Company Secretary
Joined Kingfisher in February 2011 and appointed Company Secretary on 16 March 2012. She was previously Deputy Company Secretary of Burberry Group plc between 2006 and 2011 and ICAP plc between 2003 and 2006.
