As announced on 20 November 2014, Veronique Laury has been appointed as Group Chief Executive and as a director of Kingfisher plc (the ‘Company’), with effect from today.

The main elements of Ms Laury’s remuneration arrangements are as follows:

  • Base salary of £700,000 per annum.
  • Benefits including defined contribution pension arrangement, life assurance cover, car allowance and family medical cover.
  • Annual bonus of a maximum of 200% of base salary, with 50% paid in cash and 50% deferred in Kingfisher shares for three years.
  • Annual long-term incentive award at an award level of 200% of base salary.
  • Eligibility to join the Company’s all-employee share plans.
  • Relocation support up to a maximum of 50% of base salary (on a gross basis).
