Kingfisher’s Group Executive team meets monthly and is responsible for the overall strategic decision-making of the Group. It is supported by the Group Operating Board and the One Team Board.
The Group Operating Board, made up of the Group Executive and five other members, is responsible for the delivery of the strategy, reviewing progress against it and ensuring strategic priorities are fully supported.
The One Team Board, made of the Group Operating Board and 14 other members, is responsible for implementing the strategy and fulfilling our Better Homes, Better Lives mission at an Operating Company level.

Mike is responsible for Kingfisher IT Services and joined in January 2009. He was formerly Chief Information Officer
