One of the key points of Kingfisher's Creating the Leader strategic plan is 'building innovative and common brands'. Screwfix and Brico Dépôt have jointly developed the Titan power tools brand, which is on shelves in the UK and France, and are working together to source common stock. In Spring 2012 the commercial teams of Screwfix and Brico Dépôt visited the Kingfisher Sourcing Office in China to establish common ground on which to improve their joint buying strategy.
