Ian Cheshire calls for roadmap to zero net deforestation by 2020

On Wednesday 29th June, Kingfisher's Ian Cheshire delivered the keynote address at the Forest Stewardship Council's (FSC) General Assembly in Borneo, where he called for an annual round of government-level talks to achieve zero net deforestation by 2020. He said that the talks should bring together the world's Environment Ministers to establish a roadmap for international cooperation and to secure the future of the world's forests.
