These four pillars are central to achieving our ambition to becoming net positive, being the areas where we have a significant impact. They allow us to concentrate our efforts where we can make the greatest positive difference and align with material threats and opportunities for our business.

We also continue to maintain and improve standards on the range of other issues which are important to our position as a leading retailer, such as ethical trading or chemicals reduction.
