Ebru joined Koçtaş, Kingfisher’s joint venture business in Turkey, as Business Development Manager in 1999. She was then appointed Head of Buying in 2001 before being promoted to Commercial and Supply Chain Director in 2006. After a very successful tenure at Koçtaş, Ebru moved to B&Q UK in March 2010 and as Director of Seasonal, is responsible for developing housewares, outdoor leisure, garden buildings, horticulture and garden care product ranges for B&Q’s 330 stores in the UK and Ireland.
