Electronic communications

At the 2008 AGM the Company obtained shareholder approval to adopt the changes in law regarding electronic communications, allowing the Company to use the Kingfisher plc website as the main method of communication with shareholders, unless they have elected to continue receiving hard copy statutory documentation.

Kingfisher plc would like to invite you to join the growing number of its shareholders who have opted to receive their shareholder communications electronically and have dividends paid directly into their bank account.

Advantages

  • Receive shareholder communications as soon as they are published
  • Save time and money for Kingfisher and its shareholders
  • Help reduce our environmental impact

You can sign up by visiting www.investorcentre.co.uk/ecomms and registering your details. When you register for electronic communications, you will be sent an email each time the company publishes statutory documents, providing you with a link to the information.
